The rules for using PandaDR, submitting listings and purchasing paid placements.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PandaDR (https://pandadr.com) — including the directory, the Domain Rating (DR) checker and badge tools, product listings and paid placements. By using the site, creating an account or purchasing a placement, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://pandadr.com/privacy). You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
PandaDR is owned and operated by WANG YUFENG, an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in China ("PandaDR", "we", "us").
PandaDR is a curated online directory of AI and SaaS tools, ranked by Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR). The service includes: (a) browsing and search of listings; (b) a free DR checker and embeddable DR badges; (c) product listings — free (with backlink verification) or paid; and (d) paid placements (Pro and Sponsor).
All listings and placements are digital services delivered instantly online. Paid placements are activated on the customer's listing immediately after payment confirmation — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Listing positions, DR values and traffic outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.
Listing descriptions may be drafted with the assistance of third-party AI models (currently DeepSeek) based on publicly available information about the submitted product, and are reviewed before publication. Submitted content is not used to train AI models.
An account is required to submit or manage listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@pandadr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prices are shown at checkout in USD. All purchases are one-time payments processed by Waffo Pancake (https://waffo.ai), acting as merchant of record: Waffo Pancake collects payment, handles taxes (including VAT/sales tax where applicable), invoicing and payment compliance. We never receive or store your full card details.
Statement descriptor: charges may appear on your card statement under a Waffo or Waffo Pancake descriptor.
There is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing: Pro and Sponsor are one-time purchases for fixed windows. When a window ends, the listing simply reverts to a standard free listing — nothing is ever charged again without a new, explicit purchase.
Placements start at payment confirmation and expire automatically; a new purchase is required to extend them. Paid placement does not guarantee traffic, sign-ups, ranking improvements or any particular outcome.
You can abandon an unfinished checkout at any time before payment — nothing is charged until you complete the payment step. Because all purchases are one-time (no subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. To remove a listing before its window ends, contact us and we will take it down.
7-day new customer guarantee: if you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with a paid placement, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
After the first 7 days, refunds are handled case by case: we refund (in full or in part) where the service was not delivered as described — for example the placement was never activated, or the listing was removed by us for reasons other than your breach of these Terms. Refunds are not provided where the placement was delivered as described but underperformed, or where the listing was removed for violating Section 9 (Acceptable Use).
To request a refund, contact support@pandadr.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Our refund policy is also shown at checkout.
If you do not recognize a charge or believe it is incorrect, please contact support@pandadr.com before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly; chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, descriptions, logos, images). By submitting, you grant PandaDR a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display that content on the site for the purpose of operating the directory. You confirm you own or have the rights to the content and domains you submit.
The PandaDR website, branding and design remain the property of PandaDR. AI-assisted listing drafts belong to you once published on your listing.
Listings must be lawful and accurate. We do not accept, and will remove, listings that:
We may edit, reject, unpublish or remove any listing at any time for breach of these rules. A listing on PandaDR is not an endorsement of the listed product.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (https://pandadr.com/privacy). Payment details are processed by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant) as merchant of record; we do not store full card details. If your account or listing is deleted, related personal data is removed within 90 days unless retention is legally required.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. DR values are derived from third-party data (Ahrefs), are shown for information only and may be inaccurate or outdated — do not rely on them for purchasing decisions. The site contains links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaDR's total liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and listings at any time. Sections 8–11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect, and the current version with its effective date is always available on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
